This means your return is still being processed, and the refund date is not yet available. TurboTax does not receive any updates on the status of returns once the IRS accepts them. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your refund. The date TurboTax gives is an estimate based on a 21-day timeframe given by the IRS. Generally, most people receive their refunds within 21 days. If your refund is not received after 21 days, please click here for the next steps.
