Why is tax file not showing on the tax list when I filed the taxes last week? It was there before the last TurboTax update.

I file my taxes last week but today when I went into TurboTax to print something, the file isn't there. I do have it saved on my computer but it's a pdf and when I tried to pull the file into TurboTax it said it was unsuccessful. I have already checked to make sure I am logging into the correct account. How do I get this solved so my tax in the list?

If you're using TurboTax Desktop, and you open the program and don't see your tax file shown, look in the TurboTax Documents folder on your computer. TurboTax automatically saves your file each time you work on it. You can also search your computer for a .tax2024 file.

If you're using TurboTax Online, when you Sign In, you should see the status of your Efile on the home page. If you want to download a copy of your tax file to your computer, click on the 'Download Return' link.
