Your state issues state tax refunds, not TurboTax.  Therefore, we cannot say for certain why your refund is not showing.  Have you tried checking your refund status on your state's Department of Revenue website?  Refer to the following TurboTax FAQ for state refund tracking instructions:  How do I track my state refund? - Community
