Why was I chaged twice for my 2024 Turbotax Desktop?

I noticed that I was charged twice for the same product.  How do I get that second charge refunded?

Products:
TY2024 TurboTax Desktop Premier DIY Advantage(2)
TY2024 TurboTax Desktop Premier DIY Audit Defense
