Question

Why wasnt I approved for 5 days sooner? How come I didnt find out until mid day today?

    There was no "approval" process for the 5 day early refund.  That was an option you could have chosen in the FILE section for $25.

    Yes! I elected to recieve the refund 5 days sooner and chose to pay the $25. Why am I now seeing that I cant receive it early?

    Could be a complication with your own bank that did not allow it.   If they cannot deposit it five days early you get the $25 back.
