Why when i enter my information on path it says incorrect information but when i call toll free number it says process

TurboTax does not receive updates from the IRS once they have accepted your return. There's no way to know when the IRS will update the status of your refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. The status on the IRS website may change and state we cannot find a record of your return or  that you have put in incorrect information when tracking it, but this can all be normal in the process. Sometimes it can take more than 48-72 hours to process.
