Why would Turbo Tax not want to efile my New York State return even when they are required to do so?

TurboTax said they couldn't efile my New York State return because of something in my return but according to the state they are required to.

Please check and see if any of the New York state forms within your return are preventing the efile: New York State Forms Availability

TurboTax doesn't have to e-File your return if they find an error or impediment.

At that point, if you can't fix it, you have no choice but to file on paper via US Mail.
