Will I get a notification from Turbo Tax when my money gets placed into my account ?

No.  Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.  Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.

You may if you used the refund processing service and got  the TT debit card ... best  you should check the IRS site for the release of the refund ...

There have been delays at the IRS due to staff shortages with the virus and the focus on launching the stimulus payments. The IRS actually quit processing returns for awhile. They are reportedly processing them again so hopefully yours will get processed soon.
