Question

Will I receive a stimulus check based on my 2018 data, and when approximately? I have not yet filed 2019 taxes, because of the high cost of filing ($90.00 in my case).

If you have not filed a 2019 return they will use your 2018 return.   You have until July 15, 2020 to file a 2019 return.
