No. Call IRS e-file Payment Services 24/7 at 1-888-353-4537 to inquire about your payment, but please wait 7 to 10 days after your return was accepted before calling.

And....TurboTax will never update to show that you paid. The IRS does not share any information with TT after you file.  Your own bank or credit card records will be your proof that you paid the IRS.
