Will I receive the rest of my refund from turbo tax? my refund amount was supposed to be 1400 not including fees ect. I only received 312.32 irs said it’s turbo tax

It’s said I need to contact turbo tax that turbo tax has to release the rest of the money does this even sound right? Where’s my mom the irs said I didn’t have any offsets I didn’t owe anyone so when will I get the rest of my money!? Where is my money???
