Will I receive the stimulus if I haven't received the second email?

Yes I am eligible to get this stimulus. I received the first email stating that they were working with the IRS to get the money to our accounts. We did pay fee's out of our last federal refund. Everyone I have seen today has gotten a second email stating their stimulus was on the way, plus most had starting getting them into their bank accounts

Yes, you will get the stimulus if you qualify for it. Keep checking your bank account. If it doesn't show up soon, you will be able to collect it when you file a 2020 tax return. They only started depositing those checks from the email today, so it may take a few days for yours to show up.
