Will I still receive my payment on turbotax card if IRS took 9 months to accept my return

If you chose to receive your refund on the card that is what will be used. You cannot change the way you want to receive your refund after your return has been filed.  If the refund goes to a wrong or closed account, it will be sent back to the IRS and then the IRS will mail you a check.
