Will my federal fund be held up until I mail in my state refund? And where do I mail my state refund to?

The Federal and State are 2 different tax agencies. A lot of people file the Federal return first and later file the state return. So it will not affect your Federal refund at all.
For a State returns, you will need to check your State Department of Revenue website to get the address. Please see below for more information on the mailing address for state returns. You will need to select your state and it will take you to the contact page for more information.
