Will my Healthcare penalty fee be taken directly out of my bank account or do I have to pay that separately?

I did not have health insurance in 2020 so I need to pay the penalty fee. I want to know if TurboTax will take the money from my bank account and pay it or if I have to take actions to pay it myself.

There is no penalty for not having health insurance on a federal tax return.  That was removed from the tax code after 2017.
