Will Turbox tax take out for the money I owe even though I have not received a refund ?

If you are due a refund and when it is sent to you, Turbo Tax will take their fee out of it before it is sent to you. If you are due a refund, and for some reason do not get that refund, Turbo Tax will send you a bill for the amount due to them.

I have not received my refund and I got a bill through email yesterday. I am under a randomly selected review by the IRS. I do not know when I will have my money.
