I e-filed both Federal (IRS) and Wisconsin using TurboTax Premier Windows CD version.  Both returns were accepted. Both returns have refunds due.  IRS sent refunded already. Got letter from Wisconsin Dept of Revenue saying they are missing W-2/1099s with state return submission. I e-filed via TurboTax and paid the $19.99. Now what?

What is the letter saying? Is it saying that you did not input all of your income or are they requesting you to mail them forms?

You need to do what the letter wants. Please clarify and we are glad to help.

The IRS will not start checking this year's refund for missing income for another couple of years. If you failed to enter some income, you will want to amend the federal before they find it and penalize you.
