Y'all are ripe offs you take money that don't belong its not customer fault income tax didn't come in and charge for a state fee when its included with the deluxe. Ripoff

The problem is you charge for something that is included with the deluxe them charge it again it BS and by yhe way you dont have to be a SA with your comment

Online Deluxe does not include state software. Sometimes desktop Deluxe includes the state software, depending on where you purchase it and what version you purchase--it is sold by retailers both with and without state software.
Here is the the TurboTax webpage showing the pricing for online Deluxe--notice that state is additional:

If you are referring to the Free File Program where the federal and state return are free if you are eligible to use the program, that is on a totally different website than the TurboTax online editions.

Look in your email account spam or junk mail folder for emails from TurboTax.

Using the online editions, the state tax return is an additional charge. Go to this TurboTax website for the online editions and under the Deluxe edition price, click on State Additional - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

Using the desktop CD/Download editions one free state program download is included in the desktop purchase price (except Basic) - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
