I'm a little irritated with them. I used TaxSlayer for about 20 years and switched to TurboTax because of thr free filing offer. I opted for the expedited refund for $25. This means I won't get my return directly from the IRS. In previous years, I always received 2 days before the official deposit date. That day is tomorrow. I get my return couldn't be released earlier by the IRS, but since the system updated, the fact that TurboTax wouldn't just release the funds as early as they could, it's likely I won't return next year. I get they aren't getting the $25 fee, but their proceds has actually delayed me receiving my refund instead of expediting it.

Don't offer a service and just refuse to expedite at all because you can't meet the 5 day requirement.
