Taxaudit.com handled my botched up 2014 taxes your co. did. I don't understand how the mistake was made ,but they are getting me refund. They told me I should let you know there was a mistake. I am getting refund back according to them. My audit wanted another 2 grand from me. Thank God I took the taxaudit.com protection. Your advertise says if there is mistake in anyway your refund my original cost. If you have any questions I grant you the right to confer with Taxaudit.com . If this is proper way to do it ?

You need to contact Tax Audit, not Turbotax.

TurboTax did not prepare your 2014 tax return. You prepared the tax return yourself, using the TurboTax software as a tool.

The TurboTax 100% Accurate Calculations Guarantee says they will reimburse you for any penalties or interest that you have to pay because of an error in the TurboTax calculations. It does not say they will refund the cost of the software. But if you are getting a tax refund, you are not paying any penalties or interest, so you have nothing to be reimbursed for. See the following link for more information about the TurboTax 100% Accurate Calculations Guarantee.

I reported every thing to you guys. When I was audited . I had your Audit insurance. I had paid IRS 2400.00 They wanted another 2400.00 The audit insurance found the error. It was not me. I got back 400 something instead of my owing . So some one messed up and it was not me.  Also you guys want to do a income tax for TN ,and most TN never have no out of state income like Stocks or rental of a home ,and you file TN income tax needlessly. Which is a waste of time and money.

Ok ... you contacted the Audit support people and they helped with your audit.  NOW if you think the program was to blame for the error then you must file an accuracy guarantee application ... see the link in the other answer.
