Did you get an IRS letter?   You have another thread where it sounds like you got a letter from the IRS stating that the IRS adjusted your refund due to "miscalculation or other error" and also due to other debts.  You wrote there:

"We made changes to your return because we believe there's a miscalculation or other error. In addition, we show you owe other tax debts and applied all or part of your refund to them."
