You have my 945 dollar refund you have faxed to send me I don't understand why I never had problem with you people till now why you have not sent it?

"You have my 945 dollar refund you have faxed...."    TurboTax does not fax anything to you.  Who faxed you something?  Or did you send a fax somewhere?   Are you confusing that with e-filing (they are not the same).  Did you e-file and was your return accepted?  Did you get an email back saying that the IRS accepted your tax return?

 

 

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?

 

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
