You sent my return to the wrong routing and account number

Since you said "this year", I'll assume you are talking about a current 2021 tax return.

First of all, has the IRS released and sent your refund?  You can check here:

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

MVB is the bank that administers the Credit Karma Money Spend Account and Credit Karma Visa Debit Card in partnership with TurboTax.   That's one of the refund options that TurboTax offers.   Did you choose to receive your refund into a Credit Karma account?  If so, did you receive the Visa Debit Card in the mail?
