"Your refund was mailed on February 28, 2025" Still haven't received check in mail.

"Your refund was mailed on February 28, 2025. If you do not receive your refund, please wait until March 28, 2025 to contact us as we are unable to take any further action until then."

Filed on turbotax in January. Approved shortly after. Check sent 2/28. I called the dedicated IRS # and all I can access is redirected, automated options that lead to "We can't do anything until 3/28" And to wait til his dated to call the "missing refund" IRS number 1-800-829-1040. Wash..rinse..repeat! '

Is there anyway to speak to a live IRS agent, and if so HOW???

If the IRS site Where's My Refund? says your refund was mailed on February 28, this worked for another user to get to an IRS agent:

'Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
