1099-k Form not displaying in Deluxe

I have been trying to enter my information from a 1099-K form. I have tried the "Walk me" through method as well as  "I choose". With both methods when I get to the section to enter the information from my 1099-K the screen goes blank. I have checked and loaded any updates, but still the same. Not that I need them but the 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC seem to be working just fine. Is this a known bug?

    Please clarify which version of TurboTax you are using: Online or Desktop? Windows or Mac? If Online, which browser?

    I do think I found a work around by opening schedule "C" and filling in the information there
