I recently issued a 1099-NEC that I ordered from irs.gov. It was noted "Rev. January 2022". In looking at the current form on irs.gov, it indicates "Rev. January 2024". Is the form I issued ok even if it is not the most recent revision? The only difference appears to be the box for the calendar year. The older form had 20__ and the newest form requires input of the complete year.
