1099 nec

There are blank boxes on my 1099 nec, but turbo tax wants a number in the blank boxes.what do I do?

    What box is it asking for a number for?   The only fields that have to be entered are the Box 1 amount and the Payer TIN.   Make sure you choose the proper format for the payer ID, see below.
