1099-NEC Dilemma

Last year I was offered an opportunity to work as an independent contractor for a company who needed a delivery driver to stock stores with their product.  After working there a week as a ride along the company decided that it would not be a good fit.  They paid me a week's pay ($750) and we mutually separated.  I received a 1099-NEC in the mail and while filing my taxes I am being asked all sorts of questions that I do not have answers for on the Schedule C form.

Business Code?

Accounting Methods?

Inventory questions?

Sales of products and services?

What in the world am I supposed to do here?  I was a ride along for four days in a delivery truck watching someone stock some shelves.
