How to I file a 1099-NEC form electronically using TurboTax? I don’t have any other turbo tax services I need to use this year and am unsure if I have to purchase an entire package form them to do so

You can access the Quick Employer Forms that you can use to prepare W-2 and 1099-NEC forms from within the program, but you don't have to purchase TurboTax to do so. You can just use the online version for which you won't need to pay unless you complete your income tax return.

In TurboTax online, you will see an option on your Home Page under "Your Account" to "create W-2s and 1099s."
