1099-NEC only asking who paid me not who I paid.

TurboTax should be asking you if you paid any contractors and need to issue 1099s in the expenses section of the Sch C under "contract labor" near the bottom of the list.

Then, select continue and it asks you to enter the total amount you paid your contractors as follows:

If you paid contract laborers to work for you during the year, enter those amounts below.

Some examples include:

• Subcontractor payments
• Independent contractor payments
• Other contract labor expenses
