My Husband is a 1099 contractor and I need to know where and how I add vehicle depreciation on our taxes. I tried chatting with someone but that didn’t help.

thanks

You need to add the cost of the vehicle as an asset in the Business Vehicle Expense section on the screen that says Your (name of business) Business:

You will find this in the area where you enter your business income and expenses.

If your husband is treated as a contractor, then he is deemed self-employed and does in fact have a business and will file a Schedule C.
