I am writing in regard to 2019 Form 1040 Schedule C which is requested by my bank for the process of disaster loan.  Please help me to know if you have this information regarding my account.  Thank you.

If you filed a 2019 tax return and entered your business expenses, then the Schedule C is part of the pdf that you saved with your tax return.
