8 copies of 1099-c with different dollar amounts in box 2 and different dates in box 1. Total all them up to enter. How do I enter the dates in for each cancellation.

How do I enter all the dates from the 8 copies of 1099-c forms my wife and I received from our lender. We received them due to a first time home buyers loan that would forgive our loan origination fees and other debts. The total of the loan forgiveness is $2,307.40.

You can enter one form and include the full amount of the combined forms if you want. Use the most recent date based on all the forms. The most important thing is the amount of the debt. In recreating your scenario I didn't reach a screen where a date was requested.
