What if TT is asking me for my 2023 adjusted gross income, but on my 1040 from 2023 on line 11 its says non qualified plans

What form are you looking at? Non Qualified Plans doesn't show up anywhere on the 1040.

On IRS Form 1040 Line 11 is the Adjusted Gross Income.

It sounds like you are confusing your W-2 line 11 with your 1040 Line 11. Your 1040 is your filed tax return, and line 11 is AGI.
