In the 1065 schedule K-1, I mistakenly mentioned that me and my wife are foreign partners while actually, we are domestic partners. LLC federal return was e-filed. PA state return for LLC has not been mailed yet. Should I just mail the original return or I have to mail amended state return for LLC as well? Do I need to wait between sending them in case I have to send amended state return for LLC?
Since you haven't mailed the state return yet you can correct it and an amended state return will not be required. Just amend the federal.
