Balance Sheet Not Calculating End of year balances for both Land and Buildings & Other Depreciable Assets

I sold 3 properties and purchased 6 other properties - the beginning and end of year balances for the land and buildings & other depreciable assets should not be the same. Does anyone know what is causing this glitch? Is there a programming limit on the # of properties you can have entered?

I've spent HOURS on the phone with TT and gotten nowhere ... redownloaded the app and reentered everything ... nothing has worked.

It would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2020" file that is experiencing this issue. You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information. If you would like to do this, here are the instructions:

On your menu bar at the very top, click Online and then Send Tax File to Agent.

When you click to send, you will get a pop-up with a token number.

Reply with the token number and I’ll be able to open a TurboTax file with your numbers but not your personal information.

That may help diagnose the issue and we can provide a solution to help you proceed with your return.
