Hi…On my W2s box 12 says nothing…Turbo tax doesn’t let you not enter a code and be able to continue through. Someone had posted that I would have better luck with a land computer & not to use my cell phone so I tried it & still I can not just not select a box. Very frustrating. If I am in some way able to like just send it blank will turbo tax accept it? If someone could please help

If I understand correctly, you are not able to edit your W2? It might be easiest to delete the W2 and reenter it.

If you are using:

TurboTax Online: see How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online?
TurboTax Desktop:
1. On the top right, there is a FORMS button.
2. Click on FORMS.
3. Locate the form you want to delete.
4. Click on the form name.
5. Below the form, bottom left, select DELETE FORM button.
