Question

Box 14 is filled with my company insurance. What do i put for category?

    Box 14 is usually informational for you.  There are some exceptions for state tax issues but for the most part you do not have to enter the information from box 14 into TurboTax.

     

    Box 12 should have information with code DD about your company insurance.
