Box 5 on CSA-1099-R

I have spent hours on Turbotax trying to correct the info on box 5 of the CSA-1099-R form.   I have input the exact amount from my CSA-1099-R copy for box 5.  TT does not accept this amount even though it is correct.  What number is TT looking for?  Please help.

    1. What is the exact message?

    2. Where does it appear (in the 1099-R interview? In the Review?)?

    3. If you don't mind, what is your box 5 amount?

     

    I have tried on my test to reproduce this, but I can't, so I am searching for what is different about your return.

    Thank you for replying..  I resolved my problem.   I clicked on the civil service box which goes to the form CSA-1099-R.  I should have clicked on the regular 1099-R form.  I did and that solved the problem.  Apparently,  from what I saw online many people are having a problem with their box 5 entry.
