The Form W-2 has unlimited uses for Box 14. Employers can use this for so many items the list is endless and for this reason not all items are specifically designated. In the case of "Pretax Vision and Dental Deduction" they are not deductible since they were paid with "pretax" dollars. You should select the category "Other (non classified)".
