CA Form 3514 requiring business code but I don't have a business

I have seen other posts with similar issues / errors on this form but have not seen a clear solution. This problem seems related to a K-1. As far as I can tell I have entered everything correctly. How do I paste a screen shot showing the error reported?

The business code is not on K-1s but is on the 1065/1120S main form. You'll have to contact the K-1 provider for that information.

Turbotax support helped me to resolve this issue.

Deleting form CA 3514 resolved the problem.

For some reason TurboTax had added this form even though I do not qualify for Earned Income Tax Credit.
