Question

California Form 3514 want Business Code, etc. populated, but I don't have any of that.. How do we get rid of that form?There is no 3514 form in the delete form page

I tried to delete the 3514 form: tools -> delete a form However, there is no 3514 form on the delete form page. I'm unable to submit e-file without fixing this issue.

    Form 3514 is the California form to claim Earned Income Credit. If you have a business that you're reporting on your return and you qualify for the Earned Income Credit, this form automatically generates and can't be deleted.
