I want to elect out of centralized partnership on schedule b line 31

    Yes, you can change your answer to the election to opt-out. 

    1. Open your return and go to Business Info >> Partner/Member Information.
    2. Continue through the interview to the page "Centralized Partnership Audit Regime."
    3. Click the box for "Yes" if you wish to elect out of the CPAR.
