Can I change Partnership to sole owner. How do I do I go about doing that in turbotax business?

You can't directly change a partnership to a sole owner in TurboTax Business. However, you can clear and start over to reflect the new business structure. Here’s how you can do it:

Clear and Start Over in TurboTax Online:

1. Sign In: Log in to your TurboTax Online account.
2. Tax Tools: On the left side of the screen, click on "Tax Tools."
3. Clear & Start Over: Select "Clear & Start Over."
4. Confirm: Follow the prompts to confirm that you want to clear your return and start over.
5. Once you clear and start over, TurboTax will bring you back to the screen where you can select the sole proprietorship (owner) option.
6. TurboTax will guide you through the steps to set up your sole proprietorship.
7. TurboTax will help you prepare your income and expenses.
8. TurboTax will guide you through completing your Schedule C.
