Can I deduct supplementary property tax payments from 2021 and 2022 for the following year if I forgot to itemize this year (Turbotax did not offer the option inline)?

Turbotax did not ask me to input my supplementary property tax info for two payments I made in 2021 and the second on 2022, therefore I filed and  completely missed the opportunity to itemize this under the "Real Estate" (per Intuit ).

Can I deduct 2021+2022 payments for next year or do I pursue amending it? What are my options?

You can put payments made in 2021 on a 2021 return; payments made in 2022 go on a 2022 return, and so on.  You cannot stick payments from an earlier year onto the next tax return.  If it will help you to amend then you can amend those 2020 and 2021 returns to include the payments.
