Can I enter my profit or loss line by line or just enter my expenses?

Since you are using TurboTax Online, type 'schedule c' in the Search area, then click on 'Jump to schedule c'.

You will enter some info about your Business, then report Business Income and Expenses.

Your hand-prepared Schedule C will be a great tool for this.

If you use the desktop product, Home & Business, you have access to type directly onto the forms.
