Are you using Online TurboTax as indicated underneath your question?   The Online version doesn't have a Forms Mode, but even if it did, you can't change things directly on Schedule 3 since the data flows to that Sched 3 from some other worksheet/form.   Explain what you need to change, and someone can likely tell you how to go to the interview and change the figure.
