Hey guys! I need some help. I’m trying to start a side hustle with only fans and they sent me w9 form to fill out and I realized that a place im renting currently is registered as LLC. So is it possible to have 2 LLC at one address ? And will my landlord find out about it? Thank you!

If you're paying rent, then the percentage of rent you pay equal to the percentage of floor space you claim for the business home office, is a deductible rental expense for your business. Who owns the place you rent or how it may be registered is irrelevant.

And will my landlord find out about it?

Why are you concerned about your landlord?  Registering your business with your local or state government using your home address (the property you are renting) is really not an issue, unless running a business out of your home would be a violation of the lease agreement, or violate some local or state law, statute or ordinance. For the latter, you would not be allowed to register your business then. But then, you may be able to rent a mailbox somewhere (such as the UPS store) and declare that your primary business location. So long as you don't have clients/customers constantly coming to your house, that shouldn't be a problem. It just depends on the type of business and how/where you actually conduct business with clients.
