Can I prepare a form 1065 using Turbo Tax Home and Business Desk Top Version (for a Mac)

Hi - Want to verify that I can prepare tax year 2023 Form 1065 for my LLC using Turbo Tax Home and Business desk top version? Just to be clear, this would be a Form 1065 that I am preparing and distributing to the other LLC members, in addition to handling a Form 1065 that I receive and just enter on my own or business return.

NO! You need Turbo Tax Business. It is a separate program from Home & Business. It is not available to do online or on a Mac. And it will not do your personal 1040 return.

The TurboTax desktop edition of Home and Business does not support entry of a Form 1065.

Only the TurboTax Business Edition, which is a separate program, can be used for a Form 1065. The Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based personal computer, not on a Mac or online.
