I have a Home office business. I co-manage my rental property with a management company. Can I deduct the fees that I pay to the management company and the fees that I pay the Business for co-managing the rental property?
What business are you paying the fees to? If you are paying yourself the fees, then no, you cannot deduct them.
If you are incurring expenses for managing your rental property such as paying for lawn maintenance, then yes, you can deduct these as well as the fees you are paying to the management company
